Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Scheduling

All services are by appointment only, unless otherwise stated.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Mobile detailing appointments require the customer to provide accessible parking, power source, water source, and safe working space.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations can be sent by email through support@ttcardetails.com

Severe weather or emergencies may require rescheduling without penalty.

3. Payments

Price of services will vary depending on vehicle type and condition. Price listed on website is a base price.

Payment is due upon completion of services.

We accept cash or check.

Final price will be confirmed after vehicle inspection prior to service.

4. Service Limitations

Trusted Touch Car Detailing & Wash provides detailing services designed to improve the appearance and condition of vehicles.

While every effort will be made to restore your vehicle, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects.

Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, including but not limited to heavy pet hair, mold, or biohazard cleanup.

5. Liability

Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and child seats prior to service.

Trusted Touch Car Detailing & Wash is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, paint defects, interior tears, etc.) discovered during or after detailing.

We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that may arise during or after cleaning, such as seat adjustments, power windows, alarms, or door locks.

6. Customer Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a touch-up appointment at no extra cost.

Touch-up appointments must be scheduled within 3 days of the original service date.

Refunds are only provided in rare cases of service not rendered.

7. Mobile Services

Customers must ensure that the service location has safe working conditions.

Usable power and water source required. If an appointment is scheduled and does not meet these needs it will be marked as a no-show.

If the vehicle is inaccessible or the customer is unavailable at the time of the appointment, it will be considered a no-show.

A travel fee may apply outside of our standard service area (10 miles around Holland Indiana).

8. Weather Conditions

For mobile services, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat/cold).

In such cases, the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee.

9. Use of Images

With customer consent, Trusted Touch Car Detailing & Wash may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for marketing purposes.

10. Agreement

By booking a service with Trusted Touch Car Detailing & Wash, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
